How do I check the status of my Cashout?

To check the status of your Cashout:

1. Go to Transaction History.
2. Select Cashouts and locate your transaction using its reference number or amount.
3. Check the transaction status:
   • Pending: Your transaction is in the queue. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
   • Success: Your money is on its way. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the funds to your account.
