1. Upgrade to a Level 1 account
Go to the Withdrawal tab in your Profile Settings. If you haven’t already, upgrade your account to Level 1.
2. Upload bank statement
Ensure your bank statement meets these requirements:
- Name and address match your PayPlume account
- Statement is not older than 1 month
- Date of generation is clearly visible
- No screenshots or photos of screens
3. Add bank account information
Carefully fill out your account and routing number to make sure it matches the bank statement you submitted, and press send.
Your bank account will now be verified. This process may take up to 2 business days before you can request your funds.
