Profile Settings

1. Your Profile

To access your profile settings, click on your name in the lower left-hand corner. 

2. Personal Information

In this section, you can update your address and phone number. However, your first name, last name, and password cannot be changed directly. If you need assistance updating these details, please contact our customer service team. 

3. Upgrade Account

You can adjust your account tier to add more funds to your PayPlume wallet. The KYC requirements for each tier are displayed here. Simply click on a document to upload your files and press 'Upgrade Now.' For convenience, you can switch to your phone to easily capture and upload photos. 

4. Payment MethodsIn the Payment Methods section, you can manage your saved cards and bank accounts. You can add new cards or bank accounts using the '+' button and set a preferred payment method or withdrawal account by selecting 'Set as Preferred.' To remove a payment method or account, click the trash bin icon next to it.

Your preferred method is marked with a green check or 'Preferred' label for easy identification. 

5. Withdrawal

In the Withdrawal section, you can manage settings related to cashing out your funds. To unlock withdrawal, complete the necessary requirements, such as submitting a bank statement and filling out information about your account. Under Bank Accounts, you can add or manage your linked accounts and set one as your preferred option. Additionally, you can view and copy your payout address to link your PayPlume account with services you use.

6. My documents

In the My Documents section, you can upload and manage the required files for account verification.  Below, you can view your uploaded files, such as proof of residence, bank statements, or identity cards, along with their upload time and status. Each document entry includes a space for comments, making it easy to track and manage your submissions.
